By Paulette Jacobowitz When someone is in charge of the play, she thinks that since she is popular, she can give jobs to people who are not even good for the job. The person in charge decided that she will give them jobs based on what they are good at. That would be a good teamwork. This teamwork is helping everyone. The leader of the team should also not do what she thinks is good, she should listen to her team mates’ advices.
