Jewish Values on Teamwork – CLICK TO COMMENT

By Albert Sitt It is very important to identify your hidden talent. When you are picking people for your team, don’t just pick your friends. Pick people who you think would give you the best chance of winning. It is also very important to thank people behind the scenes. When you do this, they will want to help again. If you don’t give them credit, they won’t want to help again. When someone is complimented, they feel good about themselves. When everyone plays together or works together, it will be fun unlike when your team is fighting and don’t get along very well.
