Jewish Values on Learning from Mistakes – CLICK TO COMMENT

By Aviva Schapiro  Someone is baking a cake for the first time. She works really very hard on it. Then, it flops. It comes out really bad. The whole thing is messed up. Some people would just get upset and say I am never baking again. But, if they try really hard and follow the exact recipe, they cold probably make the cake and it will come out really good. Gam Zu Letova means everything is for the best. When something wrong happens, from your point of view it’s very bad. But remember that everything that Hashem does is for the best. Just like a game, is fun because of its challenge, so to Hashem makes life challenging to make us strong and to make people try their hardest.
