Jewish Stories to Build Resilience – CLICK TO COMMENT
By Frieda Alhalabi One day my mom told me to cook for my sister’s Bat Mitzvah. I said, “Yes I would love to bake cookies for her.” I love her so much. I used the best recipe. When everyone tried my cookies at the party, they said it tasted disgusting. I was crying. When my brother’s birthday party came next, I told myself I will not give up. I tried again to bake cookies. Everyone loved it. I was glad I tried again.
I learned never give up and keep on trying dont listen to what other People say
do not cry and always try again and again
I learned that never cry keep on trying
keep on trying never give up
