How to Have Courage – CLICK TO COMMENT

By Sarah Torgueman   When I study for a test at home, I get almost all of the answers right. In school when I take the test because I am anxious and nervous my head goes blank. My face morphs to a radiant red tomato color and my neck begins to look swollen, my body begins to itch and I become sweaty. My fingers become hesitant to write and my eyes have a habit of looking at the class clock every two minutes. I am nervous. My anxiety possessed and my mind allows it for absolutely no reason at all. I anticipate to learn to cope with my anxiety by taking deep breath prior to taking an exam. I hope to learn to overcome my fear and rid my mind and my body of anxiety that possessed me almost daily.
