By Isaac Arazi  In a basketball game. The point guard is dribbling up the court. There is 5 seconds left and it’s a tied game. The point guard gets doubled team. The point guard has two choices. One is to pass to the best player on the team and he has a defender on him or pass it to the worst player on the team who had no one on him. The point guard had to get out of his comfort zone. Instead of as usual passing it to the best player, you need to be vulnerable and more flexible so pass it to the worst player on the team.
