Moral Stories on Not Giving Up – CLICK TO COMMENT

By Simcha Braunstein  When I was 8 there was an older boy in camp who I admired because he was a rocking pitcher. I decide to try to be as good as him. Every day I practiced. By the league I pitched and it was terrible. We lost almost every single game. First I got very upset at myself and stopped practicing. But, then I decided that there was no point in stopping. So, I continued practicing but I stopped pitching in games. Last year, the older kid who always pitched, but was also a shortstop, asked me if I could pitch. I was thrilled. I said,”Yes” and in the game I pitched awesome. I was very happy that I didn’t give up. And now, I am an excellent pitcher.
